MASQUERADE.COM LAUNCHES FOUR NEW BALLROOMS
AND BOLD NEW LOOK.

San Diego, CA. - Tuesday October 6-- There’s only one place on the Web where you can mingle with Marilyn, argue with Genghis, or discuss the renaissance with DaVinci, and that’s at Masquerade. (www.masquerade.com)

Masquerade, the ultimate role-playing chat where users can embody their favorite historical characters, launched four new ballrooms today with a new look created by Mike’s Design. (www.mikesdesign.com) "Since we launched Masquerade in May, we’ve been astounded by the great response and enthusiasm of our participants," commented Adam Jacobs, President of National Creative Registry, Inc. (www.ncronline.com) and the creator of Masquerade. "We noticed our users were already starting to break into their own themes so we decided to give them some privacy to play."

Masquerade now has five ballrooms with dedicated themes. In addition to the Main Ballroom, there is the Tombstone Saloon where the Old West comes alive, Galaxy’s Space Café, a pit-stop poised on an asteroid, Cinema Stars, where stars of the silver screen shine on and the Classic TV Zone, where re-run lovers argue over who was the best Darren.

"We decided to work with Mike Baker of Mike’s Design (www.mikesdesign.com) to revamp the look of the site and upgraded to ParaChat (www.parachat.com) for our chat technology," said Jacobs. "The improvements are tremendous and we are thrilled with the new look and rapidly growing roster of dedicated participants."

The Masquerade team plans to schedule some exciting events in the coming months where visitors can meet and query famous historical figures played by experts in the lives of those individuals. "You can be sure that Santa will be recuperating in our Main Ballroom on Christmas Day, the elves and reindeer still haven’t RSVP’d," laughs Jacobs.
